Evans replaced as Australian Immigration minister.

Potential Australian visa applicants and Australian migration agents will no doubt be celebrating the departure of the controversial Chris Evans from the Ministry of Immigration. Australian visa requirements changed at an alarming rate under Mr. Evans management and Australian migration applicants suffered en masse as a result. Chris Bowen now replaces Mr. Evans and we can only hope that he approaches the area of Australian skilled migration with a degree of fairness and stability. We also call on Mr. Bowen to approve the long overdue State Migration Plans, which many UK would be Australian migrants and Australian visa consultants are anxiously awaiting.
